September 2018 saw the completion of BTMK Solicitors’ exciting investment for the future. The long and well established Rayleigh based law firm, Todmans SRE, is now part of the BTMK Family. This now takes the number of offices in the BTMK group to five. Two in the heart of Southend including the BTMK Marcus Baum conveyancing operation, two offices in Leigh-on-Sea and of course our brand new office in the heart of Rayleigh in the prestigious Grade II Listed Building, known as ‘Barringtons’ on Hockley Road. As Todmans SRE has a great name in and around Rayleigh, the Rayleigh office will operate as BTMK Todmans.
Todmans SRE specialise in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property and Wills, Inheritance, Trusts and Probate, and of course these will continue and grow. BTMK Solicitors will also be increasing the portfolio of services available to Rayleigh residents and business owners locally, to include Corporate & Commercial, Personal Injury and of course a presence from our Specialist Litigation and our Family Law Teams.
The friendly team previously at Todmans SRE will remain at BTMK Todmans and the office and contact details will all remain the same.
